本校舟隊於5月31日端午節當天參加由大埔區龍舟競賽委員會舉辦的「大埔區龍舟競賽2025中學龍舟邀請賽」勇奪季軍殊榮，茲隊員名單臚列如下，以示表揚及祝賀。同時，亦跟大家分享領隊Terence Sir的比賽感想！

Tai Po District Dragon Boat Race (大埔區龍舟競賽 2025 )
This annual event held on the Dragon Boat Festival is always a great celebration, with carnival games, food and crowds cheering on the athletes. Our team this year joined the Secondary School Invitational Race (中學龍舟邀請賽). The day started well with perfect weather, a little sun and warmth, and calm waves at Tai Po Waterfront Park.
The competition was fierce, with Tai Po rivals 劉梅軒靈糧堂 showing up with two teams of current students and their strong alumni. The fourth and final team in our event was Princeton Skylake International School from Shenzhen.
With the sound of the horn, the race began! We had a shaky start, our lack of training evident, but we persevered. The 500m race still had a long way to go, and our stamina helped us catch and hold onto a 3rd place finish.
Thank you to Principal Chi Shing, teachers, students and family members who were present to cheer us on and celebrate a 3rd place finish, and of course, well done to the students. Congratulations!

本校室內賽艇隊於5月22-23日參加由中國香港學界體育聯會舉辦的「2024-2025年度新界地域中學校際室內賽艇比賽」獲取不俗成，茲將成績臚列如下，以示表揚及祝賀。同時，亦跟大家分享隊長4C胡正澤同學及領隊Terence Sir的比賽感想！

完賽了！作為隊長很高興能與三名隊員並肩作戰，最終拿到了新界第12的佳績，拿到了這沉甸甸的組別積分的獎盃，也感謝其他參賽的隊員，你們的每一次拉艇都是對自我意志的挑戰，你們的每一次拉動所得到的回饋不僅僅是風聲，更是自我設限的邊界,很高興你們能夠全力以赴參與這兩天的賽事,這座獎盃屬於賽艇機上的我們，也屬於台下的隊員以及以怒吼作為助力以至於聲音沙啞的兩位阿Sir，真正的勝利從不止于超越對手，而是你們每一次超越自我的瞬間，感謝所有咬牙的時刻，讓我們都有資格托起這份榮譽，你們讓「我們」這個詞比獎盃更為耀眼，Thank you all！

This year’s competition was held at the newly opened Go Park Venue is Sai Sha. The beautiful hall was smaller than previous sites, but this allowed for a raucous crowd and great atmosphere! Students were very excited as it was the first time many had joined this event, and having over one thousand spectators gave everyone an energetic boost. The competitive spirit was healthy, with schools supporting each other and students cheering competitors on.

Each student could participate in at most one individual race and a relay event, where four teammates race one after the other on a single rowing machine.

We are very proud of our students who all performed exceptionally well, many exceeding their personal bests, and a handful of students obtaining top results in their respective events.
Although we are very pleased with our growth, we were shocked to find that other schools had also greatly improved. This year’s times were much faster than in previous years, which spurs us on to achieve even more next year.

A massive thank you to Ben Sir’s training and support on the day, leading students to the competition, and to Miss Ka Wing’s support with team management. Finally, congratulations to all students who took part.
