Our school’s Dragon Boat Team has been growing stronger, expanding to include the sport of indoor rowing since 2023.

This year, we fielded our largest team yet, with 21 students taking part in the 2025-26 Inter-School Indoor Rowing Competition (NT Region). We were also grateful to have many friends and family members there to support us.

Our team’s focus has always been on developing self-discipline, sporting tenacity, and team spirit, all of which were on full display during the competition. Students raced well in their individual events and demonstrated excellent communication and teamwork in the relay races. More than half of our students outdid themselves by achieving new personal bests, while others finished just mere seconds shy of their targets.

However, just as our students have improved, so too has the rest of Hong Kong. We have witnessed a meteoric rise in the sport, with more schools participating each year and students becoming bigger and faster—resulting in records being broken annually.

本校龍舟隊一直日益壯大，並自 2023 年起將發展範疇擴展至室內划艇運動。

今年，我們派出了歷來最龐大的陣容，共有 21 名同學參加了 2025-26 年度新界地域中學校際室內划艇比賽。

當天亦有許多親友到場為同學吶喊助威。我們一直致力於培養學生的自律精神、體育韌性及團隊協作，而這些素質在比賽中得到了充分展現。隊員們在個人賽中表現出色，並在接力賽中展現了卓越的溝通與團隊默契。超過半數的同學在比賽中突破自我，刷新了個人最佳成績（Personal Best），亦有同學僅以數秒之差與目標擦身而過。然而，在我們進步的同時，香港整體的競技水平亦在提升。我們見證了這項運動的蓬勃發展——每年參賽學校不斷增加，學生的體格與速度亦不斷提升，各項紀錄每年都在被刷新。
